Hello Foodies.....hope you all are doing great. One of the most popular Vegetarian food items is Paneer. If you go to any ceremony or a function or if you plan to host a party at your home and if somebody is Vegetarian then the most convenient and loved food item is PANEER.
Whether the person is Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian, Paneer is loved by everyone. Paneer not only tastes delicious but it has many health benefits too. I have shared quite a few Paneer recipes on the blog.

Today in this post I'm again going to share a very popular Kabab recipe and that too with Paneer. I have received many requests from my friends to share a Veg Kabab recipe then I thought why not Paneer Tikka Kabab this time! Usually we prepare Kababs in Oven or Tandoor but this time we will make it on Tawa.
So, without doing any further ado let's begin with the recipe:
Ingredients:
1. Paneer (cut into cubes): 1 cup
2. Green Capsicum (cut into cubes): 1/2 cup
3. Red Capsicum (cut into cubes): 1/2 cup
4. Onion (cut into cubes): 1/2 cup
5. Oil for cooking
For the Marinate:
1. Tandoori Masala Powder: 2 tsp
2. Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
3. Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
4. Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
5. Hung Curd: 3 tbsp
6. Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
7. Mustard Oil: 3 tbsp
8. Besan: 2 tbsp
9. Kasuri Methi: 2 tsp
10. Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
11. Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a pan dry roast the besan/ gram flour for 2-3 mins. Stir it continuously so that it doesn't burn.
2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned under "For the marinate" and mix everything well to make a smooth marinate.
3. Add in the veggies and the paneer cubes and coat them nicely with the marinate. Let it rest for about 2-3 hrs.
4. Take the skewers and skew the veggies and the paneer cubes.
5. In a pan take some oil and add in the skewers one by one. Cook the Kababs for 3 mins on each side.
6. Flip them very gently and again cook them for 3 mins.
7. Once done take them out on a plate.
