Bread Rasmalai

Hello Peeps......Hope you're having an amazing time with all the festivities knocking at our doorsteps. I know you all are busy in cleaning your home, planning and shopping for Diwali decor items and preparing Diwali snacks.

As we all are so much busy into Diwali preparations cooking should be make easy and real quick so that we can feed our family with healthy and homemade goodies. Not only family but our friends and neighbors too after all they're our extended family members.

We're sharing some amazing and quick Diwali recipes which are very easy to prepare and taste amazing too. To continue that series we have come up with the recipe of Bread Rasmalai or Bread Rasmalai.

Bread Rasmalai is very easy to prepare and taste real good. You just need to prepare the Rabri; you can prepare that beforehand and assemble it when you want to serve it.

So, let's begin with the recipe:

Ingredients:

1. Milk: 1 litre
2. Sugar: 1/2 cup
3. Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1/2 cup
4. Chopped Almonds: 8-10
5. Chopped Pistachios: 8-10
6. Chopped Cashews: 8-10
7. Saffron: a pinch
8. Green Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
9. Bread Slices: 8-9

Method:

1. Take a bread slice and using a glass or a cookie cutter cut it into a circle.

2. Place a pan on medium heat and pour in the milk. Stir continuously and reduce the milk to half.

3. Once the milk is reduced we’ll add sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Adding condensed milk will thicken the milk and reduce the cooking time. Since this is sweetened condensed milk so adjust the sweetness accordingly.

4. We'll now add chopped almonds, chopped cashews, chopped pistachios and a pinch of saffron.

5. Mix well and once done switch off the flame.

6. In a serving bowl place the bread slices and pour the prepared Rabri on top of it.

7. Garnish our Instant Rasmalai with the leftover chopped almonds and chopped pistachios. Enjoy!!
