Egg Tawa Burger

           

Hello, my Foodie Friends....... I hope you all are doing great as usual. We all love street food, isn't it? Starting from kids to adults to the aged person who doesn't love street food. The aroma and flavors coming out of the street shops are so alluring that we can't keep control of ourselves.



But whenever the hygiene factor strikes our mind we have to think twice before gulping down the street food. No worries.....we can still enjoy the Indian street food keeping the hygiene factor alive. In today's post, we will be making Street Style Egg Tawa Burger.


Making an Egg Burger is not rocket science. If you have Burger Buns available with you then you can make any Burger in a jiffy. You can serve these Burgers in breakfast or pack them in lunch boxes, it's just that you need to microwave (heat) them before eating. 


Making this Street Style Egg Burgers involve two steps:
  • Preparing the egg stuffing
  • Making the Burger
So, let's begin with the recipe:





Ingredients:

1. Boiled Eggs: 2
2. Burger Buns: 2
3. Chopped Onions: 1 (medium size)
4. Chopped Tomatoes: 2 (medium size)
5. Chopped Capsicum: 1/2 (capsicum)
6. Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
7. Schezwan Chutney: 2 tbsp
8. Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
9. Butter: 2 tbsp
10. Cheese Slice: 1
11. Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
12. Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
13. Salt to taste
14. Oil for cooking


Method:

1. Cut the burger buns into halves.

2. Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry the onions until they become soft.

4. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and fry it until the raw flavor is gone. 

5. Now add the chopped capsicum and fry them for a minute. 

6. At this point, we will add the chopped tomatoes and fry them until the oil is separated.

7. Now add the salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix everything well. 

8. It’s time to add the boiled egg pieces and mix them very gently with the masala mixture.

9. We will now add the most delicious part and that is the cheese. Break the cheese into small pieces and add them to the prepared egg stuffing. Cook the stuffing until the cheese melts down. Our egg stuffing is now done switch off the heat.

10. Heat another pan add butter to it. Let it melt. Toast the burger buns in the butter until they get a nice golden color and become crisp.

11. Coat the buns with mayonnaise. Then apply a generous amount of Schezwan chutney.

12. Place our egg stuffing on the burger. Now cover the burger with the other half. Similarly, we will assemble the other burger too

13. For serving take a beautifully decorated serving tray and place the freshly prepared Egg Tawa Burger on them. Enjoy!!
